Jamey is an Associate Professor of Neuroscience at Regis University and the founder of Manifest Wellness Consulting. With a passion for translating neuroscience into actionable strategies, Jamey specializes in using the neurobiology of wellness habits & science-backed approaches to behavioral change to inspire engagement in healthier lifestyles.
In addition to his work as an educator, coach, and consultant, Jamey is an avid skier, mountain biker, and hiker. He lives in Evergreen, CO, with his wife and daughter, embracing the outdoor lifestyle that fuels his love for wellness and adventure.
