Online Fitness Coach
Born and raised in Toronto, I studied business at Kings
College at the University of Western Ontario. After
graduating, I started my career in Toronto's fast-paced
financial district, and just after a few short years, in 2013,
everything took an unexpected turn.
I was caught in a life-changing ski accident in Whistler,
British Columbia, and was challenged with recovering
from a traumatic brain injury (TBI). Fast forward 8 years
later, this experience ignited my passion for developing
and growing my online coaching business, Mindful
Method.
Mindful Method. focuses on:
Creating healthy lifestyle & fitness habits.
Helping clients build a work-life balance.
Coaching men to achieve optimal health through optimizing nutrition and movement, whether in weight
loss, building lean muscle mass, or balancing a busy schedule.
Sport-specific training goals for athletes: tennis, cyclists, and runners.
Injury recovery & prevention, improve joint health, mobility & flexibility.
I've always had a strong passion for coaching, educating, and leading others on their health and fitness
journey. With over 6 years of experience in personal training, working one-on-one with busy entrepreneurs,
retirees, athletes, and parents. I’ve helped over 150 men and women achieve sustainable weight loss results,
build healthy eating habits that work for their schedule, put on lean muscle, and feel better, stronger, and more
energized to do what they want at any age.
I’ve been coaching, training & exploring innovative ways and methods to help men live their best life full of
energy, pain-free and build their strength to promote longevity for the last 10 years. Through this journey, I’ve
learned a series of techniques, tools, and approaches that allow men and women to look and feel amazing
while also managing the demands of life.
