Although I was born in New York City in 1942, I’ve lived in Mexico for the past 52 years, with the last nine in San Miguel de Allende. In 2019, I published my first book, The Thriving Vegan, to promote the health benefits of whole plant-based foods and expose the misinformation pushed by industries that profit from poor public health.
That same year, I was certified in plant-based nutrition by Dr. T. Colin Campbell’s Nutrition Studies program through Cornell University. I’m also a certified Health and Nutrition Life Coach—and most recently, I’m authoring my latest book The Longevity Wellness Revolution, a groundbreaking guide for those seeking to live with vitality, energy, and purpose well into their 80s, 90s, and beyond.
At 83, I’m living proof that a plant-based lifestyle, combined with simple daily habits and a strong sense of purpose, can lead to a truly thriving life. I would love to share what I’ve learned—about weight loss, the body’s power to heal, reversing chronic disease and premature aging, and why it’s never too late to enjoy life to the fullest.
