You know how every fitness post online seems to promise quick fixes and perfect abs? Same. I was sick of the noise too—and that’s how More Confident Fitness was born.
But let’s rewind.
My journey into fitness started for all the wrong reasons. Growing up, I was always the “chunky” kid—the one doctors lectured about at every visit. I played sports but was always average, so nothing stuck.
Then came the moment—at a Burger King drive-thru (because of course that’s where all life-changing realizations happen). My dad asked what I wanted, and I casually said, “Number one” — the Triple Whopper. He turned around, looked me in the eyes, and said, “I’m not getting that for you.”
It stung. Bad. But it lit a fire.
The next day, I started running—with no gear, no plan, just me, my sneakers, and years of pent-up self-criticism. I ran until the pain felt productive. Soon, it started to show—I lost weight, got faster, and ended up joining the cross-country team. For the first time, I felt proud of myself.
But here’s the thing—what started as empowerment turned into obsession. I became addicted to control. I lost weight, my period, and eventually my sense of balance. I was chasing “fit,” but I wasn’t healthy.
After college, I was still stuck in the cardio cycle until a friend—thankfully—dragged me to a squat rack one day. That barbell changed everything. Strength training gave me something running never did: confidence that came from within.
From there, things evolved. My dorm-room Instagram grew into a community. My curiosity became a career. I earned certifications in personal training, nutrition coaching, group fitness, and elite training—and more importantly, I learned how to help others break free from the same toxic cycle I once lived.
Today, More Confident Fitness isn’t about perfection—it’s about progress. I help men and women build real, sustainable confidence through strength, movement, and mindset.
So why should you book me?
Because I’m not another “fitness guest.” I bring real stories—of struggle, growth, and discovery—and help your listeners see that strength isn’t something to chase; it’s already in them. Together, we’ll unpack movement, mindset, and nutrition, and rewrite the narrative around what it means to feel good in your own skin.
Let’s talk about real transformation. Let’s talk about confidence. Let’s make strength the heart of the story.
