Maxwell Ivey, known around the world as The Blind Blogger, has been educating people about the need for accessibility since starting his first website brokering used carnival rides in 2007. Back then accessibility was so nonexistant that he had to teach himself to code html just to get online. He believes that achieving inclusion will require a partnership and that the disability community needs to focus on sharing the whys behind requests as much as the hows of implementation. He believes that accessibility isn't just the right thing to do, but it is in everyone's best interest. He loves to sing, and if you ask him, he will sing the accessibility advantage song for you.
