Lily Shapiro, PharmD is a pharmacist, founder, and longevity-focused health
entrepreneur working at the intersection of clinical science, systems thinking,
and consumer health. She spent more than 15 years in finance, holding roles
across major global banks and most recently helping to run a machine-learning
hedge fund, where she oversaw operations, compliance, and capital formation.

After seeing how often health is treated as a series of short-term fixes rather than
a long-term biological process, Lily shifted her focus to longevity and
prevention. She founded ATIKA to apply principles of clinical integrity,
therapeutic dosing, and real-world adherence to skin longevity, viewing skin not
as a cosmetic endpoint but as an early, visible reflection of whole-body aging.

Lily holds a Doctor of Pharmacy from Northeastern University and an MBA
from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
