I’m Dr. Michael Guadagnino III, a chiropractic physician and author with over 30 years of experience helping adults over 50 move better, build strength, and live healthier, more independent lives. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Biology from the New York Institute of Technology and my Doctor of Chiropractic degree from New York Chiropractic College. I am licensed in New York, New Jersey, and Virginia and have successfully passed all parts of the National Chiropractic Board Exams.
A lifelong advocate for fitness, I earned my black belt in Shorin Ryu karate at age 12 and have carried that passion into my professional life. Beyond my clinical practice, I’ve served as a Recreation Commissioner in my community for more than 20 years, chairing the board for 14 years, always promoting health, wellness, and active living.
I specialize in musculoskeletal care, including lower back pain, sciatica, and disc-related issues, while guiding patients toward holistic health through movement, strength, and lifestyle strategies. In 2025, I published my best-selling book Fitness Over 50, 60, 70 and Beyond, a science-based guide to staying strong, mobile, and vibrant at any age.
With over 33,000 followers on TikTok and a growing audience on Instagram, YouTube, and my blog, I share practical strategies for aging well, managing chronic conditions, and living pain-free without overreliance on medications. I’ve appeared on News 12 New Jersey’s For Your Health with Dr. DeSilva and contributed to scientific journals.
