I am Dr. Michael R. Guadagnino, DC, a chiropractic physician and lifelong advocate for health, fitness, and longevity. For more than 30 years, I have worked with patients to overcome pain, regain movement, and live healthier lives, but I wanted to create something that reached far beyond the walls of my practice. That is why I wrote Fitness Over 50, 60, 70 and Beyond. This book is the heart of my mission—to show men and women that aging does not have to mean decline, dependence on medications, or a life limited by aches, weakness, and fatigue. Instead, with the right knowledge, discipline, and strategies, every decade can be lived with energy, vitality, and independence.

In the book, I combine scientific research, practical fitness routines, nutritional guidance, and motivational strategies that I have seen transform the lives of my patients and community members. My goal is to provide a roadmap for anyone who wants to maintain strength and confidence in their later years, not just to survive but to thrive. My own journey as a lifelong athlete, karate black belt, and chiropractor inspired me to create this guide, but it is the success stories of people who chose health over resignation that truly shaped it.

While I continue to treat patients daily at my Ramsey, New Jersey clinic, my greatest passion lies in helping people everywhere realize they can age powerfully and with purpose. Fitness Over 50, 60, 70 and Beyond is more than a book—it is a call to action to take control of your health and future, no matter your starting point.
