There are a lot of confusing articles out there on the web that say people should only exercise 3 times a week. While others say 3 to 5 times a week. Then once in a blue moon another article is written and they say exercise 1 to 6 times a week. How is anyone suppose to know the exact answer to how many times should one exercise during the week?
Luckily our founder came up with a good answer that he thinks that most can agree with. He thinks people should exercise three to 5 times a week just to keep active. Even if it just doing simple exercises like walking, riding a bike, running, running on a treadmill, doing a Beachbody on Demand exercise routine.
Heck, if you like working out just like Jimmy then workout 6 times a week, but take the 7th day off so your body can get some rest. Adding a 7th day is just super crazy and adding a 6th day is just a little crazy. By crazy we mean in a good way.
