Hi my name is Jimmy Clare, I am CEO/Founder/Blogger of CrazyFitnessGuy. Today I wanted to share with you why I started CrazyFitnessGuy, then I will explain to what types of problem it will solve, and what kind of help it will provide our readers.

The Reason Why I Started CrazyFitnessGuy

The reason why I started CrazyFitnessGuy is because enjoyed my writing class in college. However, that was not always the case. When I first got into college I had to take my prerequisites which was math and writing for me. I actually went up to my teacher in college and told him “I don’t know how to write an essay, no one has ever taught me the correct way.” He then took me under his wing and taught me everything that I know today.

The Reason Why I Started CrazyFitnessGuy ( Part Two)

So after both of my writing classes in college with my same teacher, I was thinking of ways on how I can continue practicing my writing skills. My mom thought of some ideas like writing with just a pen and a paper. Just practice writing like that everyday. I thought to myself “what a boring way to practice my writing skills.” Then I was thinking about creating a blog called CrazyFitnessGuy. Instead of just helping myself out I can share my exercise and wellness tips with everyone, while I practice my writing skills.

What Kind Of Problems Can CrazyFitnessGuy Help With?

Another reason why I started CrazyFitnessGuy was to help people eat healthy, lose weight, and be motivational to people. Plus I wanted to share what kind of workouts that I do, so that people won’t get bored because they are doing the same boring routines day in and day out.

How Can CrazyFitnessGuy Help People?

I believe CrazyFitnessGuy can help people eat more healthy by providing nutritious snacks, recipes, holiday recipes, and parties. Another way that CrazyFitnessGuy can help people is sharing different workout programs with everyone so they don’t get bored and then stop. CrazyFitnessGuy can also be a motivational to some who have extra challenges like Autism because I can relate to them since I have a slight bit of Autism. Perhaps maybe I can shed some more light on it. CrazyFitnessGuy can also be a motivational website to parents who is struggling to understand their son or daughter who has extra challenges.

How Many Days A Week Will CrazyFitnessGuy Post New Content?

I will be posting 5 days a week on CrazyFitnessGuy, however, the schedule may change periodically due to my schedule in college. But I will keep everyone in the loop on my latest blog posts at the bottom of the post. If I miss one day during the week Monday-Friday I will personally make it up to everyone on the weekend. However, if I specify that I am going on vacation for a week with my family I will not make up those days that I missed.
