My Last 80 Day Obsession Post

Before we begin I want to share with you my last 80 Day Obsession post.  I know it's been a while since my last update on my journey so far.  I Want To Try The Fixate Cookbook.  This week I have been feeling so fatigued that I was wondering why I been so tired lately.  It's not like me to be this tired.  Let's take a closer look at why I feel fatigue during this week of my 80 Day Obsession workout.

Why Do I Feel Fatigue During The Week?

Daylight Savings Time

Well, the first thing that occurred to me is that we just switched over to daylight savings time.  Before we continue, I want to ask everyone a quick question.  How many of you think she should just stay with daylight savings time all year round?  In my opinion, it should be one of the other.  I prefer to have daylight savings time all year round.

Not Eating Enough Calories

So here is the thing.  If you are on a workout program and you are still eating lite meals like you have before you started, there's a possibility that you may not be eating enough calories.  I know that I have slacked in calories.  Starting tomorrow which will be day 49 of my 80 Day Obsession journey, I will start tracking my calorie intake again.  Very Important if you workout on a regular basis.  Especially me because I do karate, 80 Day Obsession, swimming and other activities throughout the day.  You might be wondering how will I be tracking calories.  I will be using an app called MyFitnessPal.  You can check out my post about my favorite calorie tracker here.  How Much Is Too Much Protein?

Emotionally Tired

I would be lying if I told you that my emotions do not get in the way of my life.  Most times they do.  Hate to admit it, but my emotions sometimes control me.  Okay maybe like 99.9% of the time.  You may have read my latest post on social media saying that Pinterest locked CrazyFitnessGuy account.  They did without notifying my team or me.  In my opinion, it's 100% bogus because we are just a startup business and they just banned us just like that.  If they did that to a higher up company they probably face a hefty lawsuit.

Too Much On My Mind

Okay, we are moving on from emotionally tired because I can already feel the anger kicking in.  Lately, I have been going to bed late with a boatload of stuff on my mind.  Here are some examples of stuff that float around my head throughout my day.  How to speed up our website?  Which services can I get rid of on our site?  Am I failing my college class?  The reason why I ask the last question in my mind is that my teacher doesn't post grades online until the last day of class, bummer.

Pretty Fatigued Week If You Ask Me

As you can tell I am pretty fatigued from this week.  I can't wait to go to bed after posting this post on our website tonight.

Sunday - Cardio Core

On Sunday I decided to do Cardio Core.  I felt fine on Sunday even though we made the transition to daylight savings time.  I was in a good mood I felt very good after the workout.  I like the way that my abs are coming in.

Monday - Booty

I didn't feel like doing booty but I pushed through it anyway because that's the kind of dedication that I have for working out.  This week was a 2 by 15 week.  Meaning we did two exercises each round for 15 reps.

Tuesday - Total Body Core

Yesterday I did my workout with a huff and a puff like I was the big bad wolf in the book called the three little pigs.  Unfortunately, the only thing that blew over was my body.  I wabbled a lot because I had no energy to hold myself up for long periods of time.

Today - Legs

I stuck to my 15 - pound weights because it was two by 15 this week and because my back was sore the last few days.  Throughout the day I have been eating snacks, of course, healthy snacks like unsalted almonds, rice cakes, and non-fat Greek yogurt.  Feeling a little better today, but still frustrated at Pinterest.

Tomorrow - AAA

Tomorrow is AAA which is not my most favorite, but I will still do it.  Just because you don't like a particular workout routine doesn't mean you can just skip it.  That's called cheating.  Wish me luck for my workout tomorrow.  I am going to need it.

Are You Feeling Fatigue Yet?

Are you fatigued from reading this post?  Hopefully, the last few days of my spring break will not be filled with fatigue.  I can only hope, right?

Before You Go

Before you go, I would like your opinion on what I should do about this whole Pinterest mess.  What would you do?  I know what I would like to do, but it would cost too much money and time to do it.  Any suggestions are welcome just keep them legal, please.  If you like this post then consider subscribing to our newsletter.
