We Hope You Had A Great Easter!

Before we get started with my 80 Day Obsession journey update, we hope you had a great Easter.  Because now it's time to get back on a straight an arrow with your exercise and diet.  We all know that Easter is a holiday that is filled with family, friends, candy, and alcohol.  I know for myself that I lighten up a bit with my nutrition this past weekend.  I had two scoops of ice cream and two Girl Scout cookies.  There was a time where I really liked Girl Scout cookies, but now that I had them again I felt sorry that I ate them.  Now it's time for me to get back on my nutrition plan.  If you have missed my last post then you check it out here.  80 Day Obsession Cardio Core Adventures. Today I want to talk about some serious muscle growth.

The Story Of Muscle Growth Has Just Gone Viral!

Before I update you on my latest two 80 Day Obsession workouts, I have one thing that I would like to say.  Serious muscle growth.

Saturday - Booty

I finished week one phase 3 on Saturday which was Booty.  It was a two by 15 week which means that there were two rounds of 15 reps for each exercise.  Some of the exercises that I did, I was using 15-pound weights.  I was also using the blue bands which is considered the hardest one.

Monday - AAA

AAA stands for (Arms, Abs, and @ss).  Today I did something that I don't normally do, I used two blue bands.  I have gone completely crazy today.  Not just for one round, but for all three rounds.  Today was a three by 10 week.  I was really outside of my comfort zone today.  Like Autumn said, " change does not come when you are in your comfort zone."   That's some serious muscle growth, right?  Another thing that I was proud of is that I was pushing myself just as hard as Autumn by increasing my weights on the other exercises.

Feels So Good

It feels so good to accomplish that achievement today, that I am going to reward myself by reading a book on my kindle.  Why do I consider that as a reward for myself?  I don't always get to read during the week because I am either buried in front of the computer all day with the team or I am super busy with school work.  Plus, yesterday I snuck into the office on Easter by myself to work on some stuff on the backend of this website.  I deserve a break, right?  Just to make sure I reward myself today I am going to post on Instagram with me holding my kindle.  Look out for that at 4 pm Eastern time.  You can find that here on Facebook Jimmys Facebook Page or on Instagram here on Jimmy's Instagram
