There Are A lot Of Core Strengthening Exercises

There are a lot of core strengthening exercises out there.  Don't think you have to do plain old boring planks and situps.  If you are tired of doing boring core strengthening exercises, then you really need to try 80 Day Obsession out.  Trust me, you will not regret it.  My core hasn't been this strong before in my life.

Yesterday - Cardio Core

Yesterday was supposed to be Total Body Core, but I decided to do Cardio Core instead.  I did really well with Cardio Core yesterday.  There was a lot of jumping exercises which I jumped for each exercise except for this one where we had to be in a lunge.

Today - Total Body Core

I have to say that this one is fun because I love the variety of the different Core exercises that we do.  Another thing that I like about this routine is that your total body works with your core in this routine.  Here are some examples of different exercises that we did today.  We did burpees, saw, bicep curl in a lunge.  There were other exercises too, but I don't remember all of them off the top of my head.  For those of you who don't know what the saw is I will try to explain it.  You put your toes on the sliders and start in a plank position with your forearms on the ground.  Then you push with your legs up and down like a saw.

Oh I forgot To Mention

One of the other moves was a row with a step.  I used 25-pound dumbbells during this exercise.  I feel like I am getting stronger than I was before.  I have 20 more days until I am finished with my 80 Day Obsession journey!
