How Does Stress Occur?

Jimmy is stressed because he knows that making changes to the site could potentially break the whole site. People can experience stress because they lost their job, not enough money, worried about the future, had an argument with a loved one, school, busy schedule, sports.  We know that many people don't handle stress very well.  Jimmy handles stress the wrong way.  He either keeps everything sealed in and not talking about why he is stressed, then at the very last second because he held in that stress Jimmy releases his frustrations in anger.  However, he has gotten a lot better about that.  Other people tend to drink because they are stressed which is not the right way either.  So, the question is "what's the best way to handle stress?"  Well, before we can answer that let us go over the side effects of stress first, shall we?

Side Effects Of Stress

  • Weight Gain

  • Depression

  • High Blood Pressure

  • Heart Attack

  • Stroke

  • Low Energy

  • Frustration

  • Loose Control

So now that we covered the side effects of stress lets get down to the million dollar question.  "How to deal with stress?"  Before we begin we would like to give a shout out to our founder.  Jimmy take a look at this list on how to manage stress it will help you!  Please do everyone a favor and tell stress to be gone and that it's not welcomed here.

  1. Read a book

  2. Listen to music or a comedian

  3. Talk to a therapist or a loved one or even a friend

  4. Exercise

  5. Do yoga

  6. Walk the dog or cat

  7. Play video games

  8. Write in a journal

  9. Pet your dog or cat

  10. Meditate

  11. Use Essential Oils

  12. Watch Netflix or Hulu or even just regular cable
