The Last Hoorah

In the last hoorah post about 80 Day Obsession, I want to talk about 80 Day Obsession review.  Here are a few things that we are going to talk about in today's post.

Recap Of Yesterdays Post

You might have heard that I have finished my 80 Day Obsession journey.  But just in case you haven't heard the news yet, then here is a little recap of yesterdays post.  The Reason Why Everyone Love Booty Workout With Weights.

Did I Enjoy It?

I would be lying if I told you that I didn't like this fitness program. Why did I enjoy this fitness program you may ask?

One thing that I like about this program is that it included resistance loops and sliders.

Another reason why I like 80 Day Obsession is that each phase progressively became more challenging.

The next thing that I enjoyed about this workout is that the exercises in this program are unique,meaning you wouldn't be able to think of these exercise if you were just going to a gym.

The last reason why I like 80 Day Obsession is that the results are real.  If you take a look at my last post, you will see that my core got tighter.

Why I Didn't Like?

You can't have pros without the cons, if you did then this review would just be one sided, right?

The only thing that I didn't like about this program is that the warm up in phase three is way too complicated.  When you get to phase three you will see what I mean.

Would I Recommend Doing It?

Hell yeah, I would recommend doing this program.  If you want a tight core, toned muscles or a nice firm booty, then this workout is for you.

It is a pretty challenging workout for 80 straight days.  At times you might start doubting yourself during this workout, but when you finish all 80 days, you feel like you can accomplish anything that you set your mind to!
