Muscle Pain After Workout Doesn’t Have To Be Painful Anymore

Have you ever experienced muscle pain after workout? Well with this one product muscle pain doesn’t have to be painful anymore. Learn more about this pain reliever product, and no it’s not Advil or Tylenol.

Started Week 5 Of Liift4 And Already Feeling Muscle Pain After Workout

So before I tell you about this pain reliever product I want to share with everyone about today’s workout. Something amazing happened to me that I am very proud of and I have to share with everyone.

During Day One Of Week Five Of Liift4 Chest And Triceps

There were three sets of weightlifting today which was hard to get started today. It was hard to get started because the weather in PA looks so gloomy out on this fall looking day. Anyway the two exercises that were in round one were:

  1. Chest Flies - 25 pound dumbbells

  2. Tricep Press - 25 pound dumbbells

As you can see I have increased my weights by 5 pounds in these two exercises from last week. So there is one reason why I feel muscle pain after workout.

During Round Two Of Liift4 Chest And Triceps

During the second round the next two exercises were:

  1. Rotating Chest Press - 25 pound dumbbells

  2. Skull Crushers - 12 pound dumbbells

I used 12 pounds because after the first two exercises of using 25 pound dumbbells my arms began shaking really bad. Plus the objective for the skull crushers is not to crush your skull so I didn’t want to drop heavy weights on my head.

The Last Round

During the last round of weightlifting my chest and triceps were screaming bloody murder at me. I told them to shut-up and keep lifting. The last two exercises were:

  1. Chest Press - 25 pound dumbbells

  2. Tricep Kickbacks 12 - pounds dumbbells

Last week on the tricep kickbacks I didn’t feel like I was using correct form so I dropped 3 pounds in weight just to keep good form.

My Amazing Accomplishment

The part that amazed me the most is that I stuck with the 25 pound dumbbells for four exercises without having to drop weight. I have been lifting weights without proper form for 6 years, and now that I am finally learning the proper form it amazed me that I was able to stick with the same weight.

Muscle Pain After Workout - Pain Reliever

This wouldn’t be a healthy living website if I said I use Advil or Tylenol. In fact I don’t recommend those products because they are type of medication and I hate medications. I honestly don’t believe in medications because in my own opinion I feel like they do more harm than good.

How Do I Get Rid Of Muscle Pain After Workout?

I get rid of muscle pain using a little product called Panaway by YoungLiving. The product comes in a 5 ML bottle or a 15 ML bottle. It’s a little pricey, but if you hate chemicals and medications like me then this is a must have.

Little Biased - But Oh Well

This might be a little biased, but oh well. I literally just put on Panaway before I started writing this post today and my pain subsided from pain of 10 to a pain of 4 or 5. It does not smell girly I promise, it smells better than Icy Hot though.

The Best Part About Panaway In My Own Opinion

In my own opinion the best part about Panaway is that you can apply it two different ways. The first way to apply it is just taking the cap off and drip one drop on your finger or spot where you feel the muscle pain.

The second option is to add 4-5 drops of Panaway to a roller then fill up the roller with compressed coconut oil. In either option they are still small enough to take them with you on vacation or a trip so you don’t have to deal with the pain.

Buy Some Panaway Before You Leave

Before you go perhaps you are ready to buy some Panaway to stock up on. Every time I am order essential oils I make sure I have enough Panaway so I can get rid of the pain without having to take medication. Buy some before you leave:
