So I finished Liift4 day 3 week 3 shoulder intervals. Let me tell you my body amazes me sometimes in some of the things that it can do. Let me tell you how today went.

During Liift4 Day 3 Week 3 Shoulder Intervals

During today’s Liift4 day 3 week 3 shoulder intervals workout there were three blocks of weightlifting. There were two weightlifting exercises back to back in each block. Then at the end of each block of weightlifting came a hiit exercise. Then after all three rounds we had to do core.

How Did I Do In Liift4 Day 3 Week 3 Shoulder Intervals?

I felt like I did very well in Liift4 day 3 week 3 shoulder intervals because I increased my weights on some of the exercises. I increased my weights by 5 pounds again which made me happy to know that I am improving. I skipped shoulder press like I said last time in last week shoulder workout.

During Liift4 Day 3 Week 3 Shoulder Intervals - Core Exercises

Each core exercise today I felt like I kicked butt in during Liift4 day 3 week 3 shoulder intervals. I can tell that my core is getting stronger because I kept good form, and I kept my core tight to protect my lower back. Between this workout program and karate I can see my abs clearly now.

During Liift4 Day 3 Week 3 Shoulder Intervals - Hiit Exercises

I have to improve my hiit exercises during liift4 day 3 week 3 shoulder intervals. Today I felt like I was wobbly on some of the hiit exercises. One that comes into mind is the one leg jump. I understand that its supposed to be tricky because its only one leg at a time, but I just felt like I couldn’t keep balance today.

Big Surprise In Liift4 Day 3 Week 3 Shoulder Intervals

There was a big surprise in Liift4 day 3 week 3 shoulder intervals today. Joel Freeman who is the creator and instructor during the workout video. He actually did 30 second super skaters with everyone. I was shocked because usually Joel just coaches and talks while the team behind him is working out. I wish I understood why he doesn’t workout with everyone.

Conclusion:

It was an amazing workout overall for me in Liift4 day 3 week 3 shoulder intervals because I bumped up my weights again. I can see my abs which is quite motivating in my own opinion, and plus it was a nice surprise that Joel Freeman actually participated in the workout with us. I probably shouldn’t get use to it LOL.
