Recap Of My 80 Day Obsession Journey So Far...

In case you are new and this is your first time to our website we would like to welcome you to our website.  You may or may not know that I am on my 80 Day Obsession journey.  For those who do not know what I am talking about let me give you a little bit of background information about 80 Day Obsession.  80 Day Obsession is a Beachbody on Demand workout.  Six days a week with one day off for 80 straight days.

Before We Get Started

I know I have been behind on updating everybody about my 80 Day Obsession journey.  I would like to personally apologize for the inconvenience that we have caused everyone not being able to check out our website.  We had to switch hosts for our website because the other host was driving me nuts.  When I mean nuts I don't mean in a good way either.  It was also causing me stress and aggravation which is also not good for my health.  As you can see we had to switch.

Here was my last post about my 80 Day Obsession journey if you have missed it or if you are new to our website.  Finished Week Five Of My 80 Day Obsession Journey

Finished Week Six Of My 80 Day Obsession Journey

So today I finished week six of my 80 Day Obsession journey.  I have made some awesome improvements this week.  Durning leg day this week on one of the exercises I got up to 30-pound weights.  Plus I even used doubled loops on some of the exercises this week in the other workouts in this program.

Still Improving My Nutrition

So I am still improving my nutrition while I am on this journey.  Autumn who is the trainer who made this program.  She created this timed nutrition plan which I try to do but, I am in college for two hours on Tuesday and Thursdays so it kinds of throws off the nutrition plan.  However, I made my breakfast healthier.  How may you ask?  Well, I went down to 1/2 cup of oatmeal instead of 1 cup.  For some reason, I thought that one cup oatmeal was the serving size on the box.  I was wrong.

Some More Exciting News In Week Six

I have some more exciting news that happened in week six.  On Tuesday night at Karate, I got my blue belt.  I also forgot to mention to the new people that are visiting this website that I am also on another journey.  I am also working towards my black belt in karate.  I am a long ways off but, I am enjoying every second of it!

After Finishing Week Six Of My 80 Day Obsession

After finishing week six of my 80 Day Obsession, I still have two more days until I get a day off.  I use to take my days off on Monday, but then when I was sick with a cold I didn't start working out again until Wednesday.  Then my day off changed to Thursday.  It changed again to Sunday.  Since Sunday is considered the day of rest.  I decided to do it this way because having a rest day during the week kind of throws off my schedule since I have karate at night anyway.  So it wasn't really a rest day.

Tomorrow Starts Week Seven Of 80 Day Obsession

Tomorrow starts week seven of 80 Day Obsession.  After such a great week in week six, I wonder how I can top it?  We shall find out together tomorrow.  Stay tuned and come back for another post tomorrow about how week seven started!
