Today I finished chest and triceps workout improvements. I was so proud of myself today for a few reasons, let me tell you about my workout today.

During Chest And Triceps Workout Improvements

During chest and triceps workout improvements it went like this. There were three rounds of weightlifting. The first block of weightlifting there were only two exercises which were both chest exercises. In the second block focused on chest and triceps and then the third round it was all triceps. Thank goodness there were no burnout rounds and then after the hiit rounds came the core work.

I Improved During Chest And Triceps Workout Improvements

This is only the beginning of the third week of this program and I have increased my weights by five pounds. Yes, I know its not that much of an increase in weights, but I am celebrating the small victories to keep myself motivated. I went from 12 on some exercises to 15 pounds on some exercises. Then on my chest exercises I went from 20 to 25 pound weights. This chest and triceps workout improvements was a success in my book.

After Chest And Triceps Workout Improvements

After today’s chest and triceps workout improvements comes back and biceps tomorrow. I am going into tomorrow workout feeling motivated to see if I can increase some weights tomorrow. Looking forward to seeing what tomorrows workout will bring, stay tuned.

Conclusion:

During the chest and triceps workout improvements I made progress by increasing my weights by 5 pounds which is great in my book. The tip of the day from this post is to celebrate the small victories to keep yourself motivated during your workouts. Usually by the 3rd week people usually give up, don’t be that kind of person.
