Finished Day One Week Two - Chest And Tricep Workout Routine

Today I just completed chest and tricep workout routine from Liift4. This is the start of week two for me, lets see how I did with today’s workout.

During Chest And Tricep Workout Routine

There were two weightlifting rounds today, each round had 4 exercises in each round and their were no breaks between exercises. Then at the end of the weightlifting rounds in this chest and tricep workout routine, there was a burn out round. Right after that there was another core round.

How Did I Do In The Chest And Tricep Workout Routine?

In my own opinion I felt like I did very well in this chest and tricep workout routine because I stuck with the same weights without having to move down weights. That’s a big accomplishment for myself so far.

The Burnout Round During This Chest And Tricep Workout Routine

I had to say during the burnout round during this chest and tricep workout routine was very hard. The reason why the burnout round was very hard for me because my chest and my arms did not want hold up my body weight during the wide pushups and tricep pushups. My arms were trembling at the very end of the burnout round.

During The Core Round In The Chest And Tricep Workout Routine

During the core round I felt like I did very well because I kept good form, and I can feel my abs working perfectly during this round.

I got one tip for everyone during a chest and tricep workout routine. For any tricep kickback exercise, skull crushers, or just about any tricep exercise use light weights and here’s why. If you use light weights you can focus on the tricep muscles more with correct form, which is important if you want define triceps.

Conclusion:

Overall during this chest and tricep workout routine, I felt like I did very well in this workout because I stuck with the same weights, without having to go down in weight. Remember it’s important to focus on form during tricep workouts, so if you want to focus on that muscle then stick with light weights.
