Luckily I live close to home where I don’t need to eat at my college, but sometimes I might have to so here are some of my favorite healthy college meals.
Grilled chicken sandwich. (no lunch meat)
Salad with chicken or beef
Healthy College Snacks
I need my snacks during the day or I will have no energy in body for my tough workouts. Plus I won’t be able to get through a long lecture in class without anything to eat, so here are some of my healthy college snacks.
Fruit ( pineapple, grapes, oranges, apples, pears, peaches, etc).
any type of nuts
rice cakes and peanut butter, unless people are allergic to peanut butter
yogurt with granola
cheese ( no crackers they have too much salt in them)
