I am a college student and there are some days I wonder how to eat healthy in college? I have figured out it by using these 7 secret techniques. Learn more.

Just an FYI some of these techniques will vary depending on your food budget, who paying for the food, and if you are on a meal plan.

Luckily I live close to home where I don’t need to eat at my college, but sometimes I might have to so here are some of my favorite healthy college meals.

  • Sushi

  • Grilled chicken sandwich. (no lunch meat)

  • Salad with chicken or beef

I need my snacks during the day or I will have no energy in body for my tough workouts. Plus I won’t be able to get through a long lecture in class without anything to eat, so here are some of my healthy college snacks.

  • Fruit ( pineapple, grapes, oranges, apples, pears, peaches, etc).

  • Almonds unsalted

  • any type of nuts

  • rice cakes and peanut butter, unless people are allergic to peanut butter

  • yogurt with granola

  • cheese ( no crackers they have too much salt in them)

  • Quest protein bars

Easy College Meals

If you are someone like me who goes from one place after the other, then you really need some easy college meals. Or just easy meals in general. I am going to tell you about an awesome product called Shakeology.
