Qunioa: They say Quinoa is a whole grain which can help take inches off your waist. It's also filled with fiber which cuts slows sugar digestion and prevents sugar spikes which are then stored as belly fat.  it is also considered anti-inflammatory food

Salmon: Did you know salmon can help burn fat?  We did not know that, but we did know that salmon is a great healthy type of fish to eat.  This fish also has omega 3 in it.

Almonds: Last but not least, almonds have fiber which helps you stay fuller.  Almonds also have very few calories which makes it a great snack for during the day.  However, you should only consume 15 almonds in a serving.  They contain 10 calories, 2 grams of fiber and 4 grams of protein.
