Hidden Mystery Behind 21 Day Fix Total Body Cardio Exercises

I finished my first day of 21 Day Fix today.  I had to do Total Body Cardio and let me tell you it wasn't easy.  Even though it was only 30 mins it was no easter parade or a walk in the park.  I am going to tell you about 21 Day Fix Total Body Cardio Exercises

21 Day Fix Total Body Cardio Exercises

When I first started today I dreaded to know the first exercise on the list.  The reason why is because I did this move in 80 Day Obsession.  So Autumn Calabrese took some of her 21 Day Fix Total Body Cardio Fix Exercise List and then added it to 80 Day Obsession.  Is that even allowed?

  1. Surrender

  2. Side to side shuffle with squat

  3. Weighted wood chop

  4. cross-country skiers

  5. weighted jog

  6. weighted knee pull

  7. frog crunches

  8. oblique crunches

That 21 Day Fix Total Body Cardio Fix Exercise List Is Not To Be Messed With

I am going to tell you that this 21 Day Fix Total Bodu Cardio Fix Exercise List should not be messed with.  It's a serious workout in just 30 mins.

21 Day Fix Total Body Cardio Fix Full Workout

There are only 4 total rounds in these workouts.  There are only two exercises in each round.  Here is the 21 Day Fix Total Body Cardio Fix Full Workout.

Round One:

  • Surrenders (weights on shoulders, kneel down then stand up. again and again. harder than it sounds if you’ve never tried it before)

  • Side to side shuffle with squat

Round 2:

  • weighted wood chop (holding one weight, squat down and lower weight towards foots, twist sideways and raise weight up in the air at a diagonal angle – the good news is you only do one side per set)

  • weighted skiers (jump legs forward and back, passing each other, while simultaneously raising a weight up and down. ouch!)

Round 3:

  • weighted butt kicks (kick legs up behind you while thrusting the weights in and out at chest level)

  • weighted knee pulls (lunge back with weight over your head, lift knee, pull weight down to meet it)

Round 4:

  • frog crunches (crunches with legs in the air at a turned out angle – knees come in as you go up)

  • oblique crunches

I Had To Modify

I had to modify because I had no weights at my shore house easily available to me.  The weights that I have in my garage were buried under a boatload of junk that we need to organize.  Even some things were still hard without weights.  There were two exercises that I found very hard.  One of them was the surrenders and the second would be the cross-country skiers.

The Big Mystery That I Can't Solve

The big mystery today that I can't solve in 21 Day Total Body Cardio Exercise is the cross-country skiers.  I don't know what about that move is so difficult for my brain to understand, but I can't figure out if I am doing it right.  Sounds like a big personal problem right?

After 21 Day Fix Total Body Cardio Exercises

After 21 Day Fix Total Body Cardio Exercises comes Upper Body Fix.  That will be tomorrow, so don't miss out how I did with that workout routine.  Perhaps when I do 21 Day Fix Total Body Cardio exercises I will get better at the cross-country skiers and then I can solve that mystery once and for all.
