Finished Liift4 Day 4 Of Week 3 Legs
So today I finished Liift4 day 4 of week 3 legs. I gave it 110% of myself a little more and I can’t wait to share my progress with everyone.
During Liift4 Day 4 Of Week 3 Legs
During today’s Liift4 day 4 of week 3 legs, there was no burnout round. However, there was 3 blocks of weightlifting in it then we had to do 3 sets of hiit exercises. After that we had to do 3 sets of core exercises. My legs were on fire after this workout.
I Made Some Big Improvements In Liift4 Day 4 Of Week 3 Legs
The beginning of the Liift4 day 4 of week 3 legs, I started out using 30 pound weights. That’s where I was when I finished 80 Day Obsession. Eventually towards the end I went down to my 20 pound weights because I couldn’t grip the heavy weights anymore.
I Made Some Big Improvements In Liift4 Day 4 Of Week 3 Legs (part Two)
I made some more big improvements in Liift4 day 4 of week 3 legs. During the core round in today’s workout we had to do side planks. Let’s be honest I was nervous because the last time I did a side plank I injured my elbow. But luckily this workout gave me more upper body strength to do the side plank with correct form.
During The Hiit Round In Liift4 Day 4 Of Week 3 Legs
During the hiit round in Liift4 day 4 of week 3 legs, I pushed myself hard as I could to tire out my legs completely. At the last round of the hiit exercises my legs just wanted to buckle under me but I did not let them and I pushed through and completed that round.
After Liift4 Day 4 Of Week 3 Legs
After Liift4 day 4 of week 3 legs I am going into this weekend with two rest days, woohoo. Plus I am going to Ohio for the weekend to watch my cousin coach college football, I haven’t seen my cousin since last year so it should be a fun time.
I made a lot of progress in Liift4 day 4 of week 3 legs, I started at 30 pound weights and then I held a side plank with correct form without injuring myself again. How’s that for a workout this morning. Pretty darn good if you ask me.
