Timed Nutrition Is Important

There is a lot of research out there that says people should have six small meals during the day instead of three big meals.  Our founder has been practicing timed nutrition while he has been doing all of these 80 Day Obsession workouts.  In today's post, we will be talking about healthy snacks.

Useful Tips From Experts In Healthy Snacks

We would like to point out that our founder is no expert in healthy snacks, but he knows what to look for in healthy snacks.  Healthy snacks should not include added sugars, salt, unhealthy fats (candy and chips).  Snacks should include healthy fats (peanut butter, avocados) very low salt or no salt.

Our Founders Favorite Snacks

Our founder has a list of go-to snacks that he would like to share with you.  Here are some of his favorite snacks that he likes.

Quest Protein Bars and Protein Powder

Jimmy likes the quest protein bars because they are super easy to take on the go if you have a very busy day ahead of you.  He also uses the protein powder to make a pudding before he goes to bed at night.  Jimmy just adds 1/2 cup of non-fat Greek yogurt and 1/2 scoop of protein powder.  Quest Protein

Jimmy likes a lot of different fruits that include Bananasorangespeachesgrapespineapple, and strawberries.  He also likes apples, especially with Skippy peanut butter.

Our founder also likes to have almonds on hand when he is busy working on our website with us.  However, he is very particular about his almonds.  Jimmy likes Trader Joes handful of almonds.  They come in individually wrapped bags and one bag is a serving size.  What a pretty neat concept right?

Remember To Snack Responsibly

Remeber to snack responsibly because otherwise, you can start gaining weight and fat which no one wants that.
