Finished Week Of Liift4 - Leg Workout At Home
Today I finished the first week of Liift4. Today was leg workout at home. Let’s see how I did in today’s workout, shall we?
During Leg Workout At Home
So today leg workout at home started with two rounds of weightlifting. Each round had 2 exercises, then after that we had to do hiit exercises. After that we had to do core exercises. Let’s see how I did during this leg workout at home.
How Did I Do During Leg Workout At Home?
Not to toot my own horn, but I felt like I did very well during this leg workout at home. During some of the exercises I had to up the weights, because they were feeling too easy. I started with 15 - pound weights, then went up to 25 - pound weights on the second set.
Next Two Days - Rest Days
After today’s leg workout at home, I am looking forward to Saturday and Sunday because they are rest days. Plus I need those two rest days because I hurt my forearm some how, so it’s perfect timing for these rest days to come.
The Reasons Why Everyone Love Leg Workout At Home
In my opinion I feel like everyone love leg workout at home is because they can hog the mirrors while they focus on their leg workouts. So that way they don’t have to be in anyone way at the gym. I know that I like to workout in front of the mirrors while I workout.
I felt very strong coming off leg workout at home, and I feel like people like leg workout at home because they can hog the mirrors for themselves while they workout. I know that I do it too.
