Time for an update on my 80 Day Obsession journey post.  But before we can get to that I would like to have a flashback on Monday's post which was my last 80 Day Obsession post.  Here it is again for all of the new visitors visiting our website.  Am I Depressed Tips You Need To Learn Now.  Today I am going to be talking about cardio exercises at home, then I will update you on how my journey is going so far.

Cardio Exercises At Home

Are you bored with doing the same cardio exercises at home?  Still running on the treadmill or running outside.  Well, have you ever thought about switching it up a little bit?  80 Day Obsession might be the next workout program that you should consider doing.  Why may you ask?  80 Day Obsession has a bunch of different cardio exercises at home with exercises that you probably didn't even know about.  When I first started this challenge I was thinking to myself "how can I do this workout, it looks hard and scary?"  I just finished day 64 of 80 Day Obsession today and I have to say I can see my abs.  Thanks to all of these cardio exercises at home.

Tuesday - AAA

Yesterday was AAA.  This one is my least favorite workout routine in the 80 Day Obsession workout program.  However, I kind of surprised myself by lifting heavier than last week.  No pain no gain, right?  I was using the blue band which is considered the hardest band of the three that comes with the workout program materials.

Today - Cardio Flow

There this exercise in Cardio Flow that is called Dimond Jumps.  First, you jump wide then narrow then back to wide again.  Anway, remember that tiger from Whiny the Poo?  Wel,l I was jumping high forward and back during the Dimond Jumps.  I don't know where that energy came from, it was like I was a whole different person.  Has that ever happen to you before?

Tomorrow - Might Be Legs

Tomorrow might be leg day, I am not 100% sure.  Hey at least I am honest, right?  Let's see on Friday if I can lift heavier on leg day.
