Finished Leg Hiit Workout

Today I finished week two of Liift4, it was leg hiit workout today. There were no weights involved and oh boy I was happy for that. Find out how I did today in today’s workout.

During The Leg Hiit Workout

There were only 4 exercises that were back to back without any breaks. Each of the 4 exercises we had to do 3 sets. Then for a nice surprise we had to do another burn out round, I was like ruh-roh. After the burn out round we had to do core. I actually had fun during this leg hiit workout, what a surprise, am I right?

How Did I Do During The Leg Hiit Workout?

During the leg hiit workout I felt like my lungs were going to pop out of my chest because I was going fast on most of the exercises. But I felt like I did very well, I also feel like the core exercises are getting a little easier for me. So overall I felt like I did great. My legs feel like rubber from all the jumping, squatting, and lunging.

After My Leg Hiit Workout

After my leg hiit workout this morning I hope I have enough energy for my karate class tonight because I am super tired. My mom made me stay up late with her watching one of my favorite Netflix shows called Stranger Things. I was trying to go to bed at a reasonable time last night, but my mom just wanted to keep binge watching it.

After Leg Hiit Workout - 6 Weeks Left Of Liift4

After today’s leg hiit workout there are only 6 weeks left of Liift4 for me. I am super pumped up to see what comes up next in week three.


I had fun with my leg hiit workout this morning, I felt like I did a great job during the workout. Even though my lungs felt like they were going to burst through my chest, I still got through this workout. I only have 6 more weeks left of this program and I can’t wait to see what’s next.
