Day 1 Week 4 Of Liift4 Chest And Triceps Circuit
Today my muscles died in day 1 week 4 of Liift4 chest and tricpes circuit. R.I.P muscles it was nice knowing you. In remembrance of my muscles let’s see how my muscles died during today’s workout.
During Round One Day 1 Week 4 Of Liift4 Chest And Triceps Circuit
During round one of today’s workout there were 4 exercises back to back. The first 4 exercises were:
My chest was on fire just in the first round of day 1 week 4 of Liift4 chest and triceps circuit. I was thinking to myself during this workout “thank goodness I don’t have Karate tonight.” Even though I like Karate I just I can’t do another push up.
During Round Two Day 1 Week 4 Of Liift4 Chest And Triceps Circuit
During the second round there were 4 more exercises back to back. I am halfway done my workout when my chest and triceps were screaming at me to stop. The 4 exercises that were in this round were:
At the end of round two I thought I was done with weightlifting, however Joel Freeman had a burnout round for us. I was like uh-oh, sorry chest you don’t get a break yet. This day 1 week 4 of Liift4 chest and triceps circuit, just keeps getting harder and harder.
During The Burnout Round Day 1 Week 4 Of Liift4 Chest And Triceps Circuit
Thankfully during the burnout there were only two exercises. The two exercises were:
During this round I had to do push ups on my knees because my muscles were just not having it anymore. After round two my muscles couldn’t hold another dumbbell so what makes me think that they could hold up my body weight? Just doing push ups on my knees didn’t make easier it was still hard.
During The Core Round Day 1 Week 4 Of Liift4 Chest And Triceps Circuit
During the core round there were only 2 exercises. Just now I was thinking to myself “only 2.” The 2 exercises that were in the core round were:
At the end of core my muscles died because they were just tired. I couldn’t do another weightlifting exercise, couldn’t do another push-up, and couldn’t do another core exercise. My muscles just had a funeral for today.

Before I started my workout today I didn’t feel like doing my workout. I just had a feeling that it was going to be hard. Jeez I wonder how I guessed that one. Last night before I went to bed I forgot to set my alarm so I woke up later than normal.
Before Day 1 Week 4 Of Liift4 Chest And Triceps Circuit (Part Two)
Usually I get up at 7 AM, but this morning I got up at 7:20 AM. So I went down stairs and had my daily Shakeology shake that I usually have for lunch for breakfast. So I was starting my day 20 mins late, but I still finished my workout in a reasonable amount of time.
I Felt Like I Did Good In Day 1 Week 4 Of Liift4 Chest And Triceps Circuit
I felt like I did good in today’s workout because even though I didn’t feel like do it I pushed play. I made no excuses not to do it even though I saw the circuit part in the title of today’s workout. I am so glad that I do not have karate tonight, even though I like karate but I just can’t do another push up today.
After today’s day 1 Week 4 of Liift4 chest and triceps circuit my muscles had a funeral. I worked them hard even though I didn’t feel like doing today’s workout because of the circuit. I am glad that I pushed play. Plus I am glad that getting up little later today than usual didn’t throw off my day.
