The Continuation Of My 80 Day Obsession Journey
I am almost finished with week five of my 80 Day Obsession journey. In case you missed my last post about my 80 Day Obsession journey, let's have a little recap before we continue.
Almost Finished Week Five
During this week was the hardest yet for me because there was a lot of new exercises. With a lot of new exercises comes with a lot of struggle and discomfort. This week I had to skip two exercises because it involved putting weights behind my head, which is a big no-no for me because of my neck issue. During this week I also had to go down to 5-pound weights for some exercises because there were quite a bit of reps involved.
Starting The Meal Plan...
So I am five weeks in and I am about to start the meal plan. I know better late than never right? Why am I doing the meal plan? Well, because I know for my self that I do not get a lot of veggies in during the day. So I thought if I start following the meal plan I could start getting the veggies in my diet.
Tomorrow - Cardio Flow
Tomorrow is Cardio Flow. Instead of just 4 reps of each exercise, it will be 6 reps. Ruh-roh. This one makes my lungs on fire for sure.
