On Wednesday our founder made a delicious pumpkin pie with his Mom.  It was no ordinary pumpkin pie.  It was a healthy pumpkin pie recipe.  It had three main ingredients that changed that made the recipe healthy.  Plus it only took less than 15 mins to bake.  We think it only took exactly 10 mins!  How cool is that?

  2. Maple Syrup

  3. Coconut Milk

The pie did not have a crust.  Yes, you read correctly that the pie did not have a crust on it.  On a regular pumpkin pie or any other kind of dessert, the crust is the most unhealthy part of the dessert.  What makes the other pumpkin pies unhealthy is the refined flour and sugar.  We loved the taste of this pie so we want to share with you the recipe.
