Leg Exercises Without Weights Makes Me Feel Good

Leg exercises without weights makes me feel good for a few reasons. Today I am going to share with you why they make me feel good.

During Leg Exercises Without Weights

I completed week 4 of Liift4 leg exercises without weights. There were only four exercises that we had to today, but we had to do them for three sets. The exercises were:

I modified the plyo lunges, sumo squats and the soccer run, which then became a soccer sprint.

During The First Burnout Round In Leg Exercises Without Weights

Unfortunately there had to be a burnout round in leg exercises without weights. To be honest I was kind of expecting it because there was only one other burnout in the other workouts this week. It was the same exercises in the first, second and third set.

My legs felt like rubber during the second burnout round in leg exercises without weights. Then right after the second burnout round came core.

There were only two exercises in the core round. Thank goodness for that because I don’t think I could take three or four exercises in this round. The two exercises in the core round in leg exercises without weights were:

  1. Prayer Crunch

  2. Alternating Leg Lifts In Plank

I felt like I did very well in the core round because I had good form, and I actually did the alternating leg lifts in a full plank instead of modifying it.

Leg exercises without weights makes me feel for a few reasons.

  1. Easier To Focus On Form - Its easier to focus on form because you are not using weights, which can make you stumble over if not careful.

  2. Can Squat And Lunge Further - another way that leg exercises without weights makes me feel good is that I can squat down lower or lunge further.

Conclusion:

Leg exercises without weights make me feel good because I can focus on form and I can squat and lunge further. Overall in this 27 minute workout today to complete week 4 of Liift4 I felt like I did very well. I only have 4 more weeks to go until I am done with this workout. Time is flying when I am having fun.
