Leg exercises will make your legs burn, but it will make you feel so good after you have done it. That's how I felt today with Booty. I have been feeling so tired lately that I feel like a zombie. All brain dead and everything. Unfortunately, I don't know why I can't seem to sleep well at night. Maybe tonight it will be different. Can always hope right?
Yesterday was leg day in my 80 Day Obsession journey. I felt like I did really well yesterday even though I was tired. I bumped up my weights again which was a nice surprise. Another great thing that happened to me yesterday was that I felt like I was improving my form with these leg exercises.
Today - Booty
I have to be honest, today I did not feel like working out because I was tired. However, I pushed through and did the best that I could do. I didn't lift super heavy today. I used medium weights so I didn't drop any weights on my foot. Some days you will feel the way that I did, but you got to overcome it and push through it.
11 More Days
I have 11 more days until I am done my 80 Day Obsession journey. I am so excited. However, at the same time, I am also feeling sad because I don't know what to do next. Maybe I will wait to see if a new workout program will come out on Beachbody on Demand.
