Have You Ever Overeaten Before?
Have you ever overeaten before on those special holidays like your birthday, Thanksgiving, Chrimstas, Honika, and vacation? We all probably have at some point in our lives. We are going to talk about how to stop overeating once and for all.
How To Stop Overeating Once And For All?
drink lots of water
don't skip meals
go to bed early
Has anyone ever told you that your body hears what your mind thinks? According to Katie Kissane, MS, RD, CSSD, owner of NoCo Sports Nutrition and Fitness, agrees. "Let go of any guilt associated with overeating," she said. "If you hold on to the guilt of overeating, it can lead to a vicious cycle of guilt and overeating.
Drink Lots Of Water
If you have too many salty snacks or too many cocktails the day before, your body will need more water. According to Lauren O'Connor, MS, RD, owner of Nutri Savvy Health, said to drink one to two glasses of water as soon as you wake up, and drink plenty throughout the day; aim for eight to 10 glasses.
When you wake up in the morning after overeating the day before, make sure you workout to burn off those extra calories that you have eaten. It might be uncomfortable, but you will feel much better.
Don't Skip Meals
Skipping meals might sound like a great idea after you just ate a lot the day before, however, skipping meals is a bad idea because then you will be starving yourself which will then cause to over eat at the next meal. According to the Beachbody blog, you should focus on clean eating tips.
Go To Bed Early
If you were out late the night before, make sure to go to bed early because staying up late can cause cravings due to the rise in cortisol levels.
