Finished Beachbody 21 Day Fix Cardio

So on Saturday, I finished Beachbody 21 Day Fix Cardio.   The first exercise was criss-cross jacks. It's like a jumping jack, but instead of jumping your feet and arms out. You have to criss-cross your arms and legs at the same time. I ended up modifying the first exercise.

Finishing Up Beachbody 21 Day Fix Cardio

After finishing up Beachbody 21 Day Fix Cardio on Saturday I felt like I did a pretty good job in pushing myself and finishing strong. I had to drink lots of water during this workout. By the end of the workout, I was drenched in sweat. Thank goodness there was no Karate that night lol.

Sunday Rest Day ( Kinda)

So yesterday on Sunday I took a rest day because I was just getting back from New York. I did my Cardio workout before I went into the city. When I got back I went straight to work on the website to finish up a few things. Soon you will find out what I have been working on.

Dirty Thirty - Monday

Moday's workout was called Dirty Thirty. To be honest with everyone I was totally scared to know why it was called Dirty Thirty. Just in the first few exercises, I figured out why they named it Dirty Thirty.

During Dirty Thirty

During Dirty Thirty the first move was side to side lunges with heavyweights in both hands. I was like hey another move that was in 80 Day Obsession. On the lunges, I decided to use 20-pound weights just to get used to this exercise again.

The Continuation Of Dirty Thirty

Continuing down the rounds in Dirty Thirty I found another exercise that was in 80 Day Obsession. I forget the name, but it had something to do with a heavyweight and abs. The next time I have to do it I will memorize the name so I can share it with you.

10 Min Abs

Today I had to do 10 min ab workout.  It was hard because it was a lot of crunches.  We had to do the exercises that were in round one in round two.  Non-stop ab workout was hard because my abs were already sore from karate, but I pushed through anyway.  I took small little breaks so I could keep going, but I think the next time I have to 10 min abs I will make sure to modify without putting my hands behind my neck.
