Finished Week Three And Almost Finished Finished Week Four Of 80 Day Obsession
So I finished week three and almost week four of 80 Day Obsession. Last week was week three. It was the last week of 10 reps per exercise. I was lifting heavy on some of the exercises. What's even scarier is that I even used double bands last week. I am officially crazy. Hence the name CrazyFitnessGuy. It just says it right there right?
My Progress So Far...
Just in case you missed my last post about 80 Day Obsession post. Let us have a little refresher.
I have seen Changes
I have seen changes in my body. Some of the changes include my legs are more firm. Another change that I have seen is that my core is getting stronger and I have to wear my belt tighter. I wasn't fat, to begin with, but since my stomach is getting flatter, not I am losing weight is because my muscles are becoming more toned and define. Another thing I noticed is that my balance is stronger on one leg exercises. Yes, there are some leg exercises in this program. At first, I was wobbly, but now I don't wobble as much.
This Week Is Week Four
Now that I am in week four it goes back to the 15 reps per exercises. I was dreading this week because It's hard to do 15 reps with the blue bands on. During this week I been reminding myself that it will all be worth it in the end. I have been grunting through week four when I am struggling with an exercise so I can just push through it.
My Mom Is One Week Behind Me
My mom is one week behind me in the 80 Day Obsession journey. Since my parents are down in Florida having a fun time I am stuck by myself and having frustrating meetings with my team. My mom said I could always redo week four again and I was like no thank you. Not because I was trying to be rude it's because I would like to keep moving along.
Tomorrow Is Booty!
Tomorrow is booty and I think I am going to try 3 bands at once. How crazy am I going to get this week? Hopefully, I don't burn out.
Week Three And Four
There you have it, week three finished and almost week four.
