Finished Day 4 Of Liift4 - At Home Shoulder Workout
Today I finished day 4 of Liift4. It was at home shoulder workout and I believe that was one of the toughest workouts that I have ever done so far. Let me tell you why.
During The At Home Shoulder Workout
During the at home shoulder workout it was two to three rounds of shoulder exercises. But at the end of each set there was a 30 second hiit interval. Those hiit intervals just sneak up on you after each set. Then after that we had to do core exercises.
How Did I Do During This At Home Shoulder Workout?
In my opinion I felt like I did pretty well. I stuck with 15 - pound weights, 10 - pound weights and even 5 - pound weights. You are probably wondering why the 5 - pound weights? Well, one of the moves was called shoulder flies and they work these very small muscles in the shoulders. I don’t know exactly where in the shoulders, but they burned so good.
During The Hiit Part Of The At Home Shoulder Workout
During the hiit part of the at home shoulder workout I struggled on some of the exercises, but I still managed to push through.
Finishing The At Home Shoulder Workout With Core Exercises
Finishing up the at home shoulder workout with core exercises, tired my whole body out. I feel like my abs are sticking out while I was doing these core exercises. So that kept me motivated to keep me going all the way through this tough workout.
Overall during this at home shoulder workout I did pretty good. Now my arms and shoulders feel sore, but other than that I love every second of this workout program so far. Come back tomorrow for my leg day experience. Cya tomorrow.
