Just Finished Chest And Triceps Circuit Workout

Today I finished chest and triceps circuit workout. My chest, triceps, and shoulders put up a tough fight. However, in the end they ended up losing like the New York Giants.

During Chest And Triceps Circuit Workout

I don’t think I have ever shared with everyone yet that I am a New York Giants fan. I grew up in New Jersey so it has stuck with me through the years. Anyway my chest, triceps, and shoulders came out strong using heavy weights. By the time they reached 3rd round of the second block of weightlifting they lost like the New York Giants. Let’s find out shall we?

During The First Four Exercises Of Chest And Triceps Circuit Workout

The first four exercises were really tough because I went up in weight. The first four exercises included:

  1. Rotating Chest Press - 25 pound dumbbells for all three sets

  2. Skull Crusher - 15 pound dumbbells for the first two sets

  3. Chest Flies - 25 pound dumbbells for all three sets

  4. Single Side Crusher - 12 pound dumbbells for the first and 3rd set. I tried 15 pounds during the second set, but I couldn’t do it.

I was really impressed on how well my muscles pushed past the discomfort of lifting heavy weights. I went up in weights using 25 pound dumbbells for rotating press and chest flies.

During The Second Four Exercises Of Chest And Triceps Circuit Workout

The second four exercises were super tough because my chest and triceps were feeling it after round one. So picture this as a tie in football. The next four exercises included:

  1. Chest Press - 25 pound dumbbells all three sets

  2. Triceps Press - 20 pound dumbbells all three sets

  3. Decline Press - 20 pound dumbbells all three sets

  4. Triceps Kickbacks - 12 pound dumbbells - all three sets

I gave it my all in the second round of weightlifting, I had to stick with the 25 pound for chest press just to keep the momentum going. For the triceps press I stayed with my same weight as last week and for the decline press I kept it at 20 pounds to keep it out of my neck. The triceps kickbacks were very hard because of the single side crusher to I lighten the weight.

Going Into Half Time Of Chest And Triceps Circuit Workout

Going into the 60 second break for half time my muscles were winning, but then I forgot one important part about the circuit workout. There is a burnout round which made my muscles cry and scream at the same time.

During The Burnout Round Of Chest And Triceps Circuit Workout

The burnout round consisted of two exercises which were:

  1. Wide Push-ups

  2. Triceps Push-ups

    If this was a Giants game and the game was tied at 10-10 in the 3rd quarter, this is where Eli Manning would fumble the football or get sacked three times in a row. In this case my muscles were wobbling and fumbling all over the place because my muscles were exhausted. Finally reached the fourth the quarter and the score is 30 to 10.

    During The Core Round Of Chest And Triceps Circuit Workout

    During the last two exercises in this brutal workout were:

    1. Side Reaches

    2. Dumbbell Flutter Kick

The core wasn’t so bad and my muscles pushed past the pain, but they still lost in the end because now I am feeling the pain. So they lost just like the New York Giants, but at least my muscles are having a better season record than the Giants, but that’s a low bar.

Conclusion

My muscles came out strong in today’s workout on a Monday. Chest and triceps circuit workout is done. However, my chest, triceps, and shoulders lost like the New York Giants in the end. But overall my muscles have a 8-2 record and the Giants are 1-6 which is horrible.
