Friday - Booty
This past Friday I finished day 39 of 80 Day Obsession. Last Friday I was impressed because for the first two sets I was able to do 30-pound weights. However, I had to eventually drop down to 25-pound weights because my forearms were getting tired. Plus I thought I had karate that night until it got canceled due to the horrible snow storm that left us without any power. That's why I was not able to post on Friday. Luckily the power came back on Saturday night while I was in New York visiting my family. Monday was Cardio Core.
Monday - Cardio Core
Today was Cardio Core. I used my blue loop today on all of the exercises, however, I think I should have used two loops instead of one to get more resistance. Cardio flow challenges me in a lot of different ways. One of the ways that Cardio Core challenges me is balancing. The first move we have to use our sliders. First, we start in a plank position then we pull the sliders towards our chest and then right into a chair position. That's some serious core right there.
Finished The Half Way Mark
Today also marked the day that I am at the halfway mark. 40 more days to go until I am finished with my 80 Day Obsession journey!
Total Body - Tomorrow
Tomorrow is Total Body. Even though there is always a focus on a specific body part, each workout works your whole body somehow every day. Auttum totally blows my mind on how she did that. I know for a fact that it was on purpose too.
After A Brutal Cardio Core
After a brutal Cardio Core, I found out my car battery died and I need a new one. At least I got a new one today while I was at home instead of being on a busy highway in the cold weather.
