Having bad posture doesn't mean you have to live with it for the rest of your life.  There are a lot of ways to improve your bad posture habits.  Here are some good ways to improve your bad posture.

  1. Yoga

  2. Lumbar Pillows

  3. Standing Desks

What Do I personally Use?

I personally use lumbar pillows while I drive for Uber and Lyft.  I also use lumbar pillows for working at my desk.  Which lumbar pillow do I use personally? My favorite lumbar pillow is:

Why Is Vremi Premium Memory Foam Lumbar Support Pillow Is My Favorite?

I like to mention first that it is a memory foam pillow after all.  Why does that matter you may ask?  Well, it matters because you don't want to get a lumbar pillow that is made from feathers, right?  Pillows with feathers tend to move out of place which can cause bad posture, what a coincidence!  Another reason why I like this memory foam lumbar pillow is that it can be used in the car.    As an Uber and Lyft driver, you tend to drive to a lot of places that can be far away.  Sitting in the car for multiple hours can also to lead to bad posture.

If You Don't Like That Lumbar Pillow...

If you don't like Vremi Premium Memory Foam Lumbar Support Pillow - Chair Cushion For Lower Back Pain - Best for Office Home Computer Gaming or Car Chair - With Adjustable Dual Straps - For Sleeping and Travel - Black, then look at these other lumbar pillow options that might be right for you.
