What Are Colored Contacts?
Colored contacts are contacts that turns your eyes into different colors. I am not sure why anyone would want them, but more on that later.
What Are The Colored Contacts Risks?
According to the FDA the risks can include:
scratches on the cornea (the clear dome of tissue over the iris—the part of the eye that gives you your eye color)
corneal infection (an ulcer or sore on the cornea)
conjunctivitis (pink eye)

Can Colored Contacts Be Safe?
According to All About Vision these colored contacts can be safe as long as you buy a reputable brand with a prescription. They also said you should stay away from those brands who don’t have prescription ones.
What Are The Point Of Theses Anyway?
I don’t know if I call myself old fashion because I am not old, but what are the point of these colored contacts anyway? Like who really wants red eyes? Are we going for the devil look now?
Just Maybe There Is One Use For Them
Perhaps I could see one good use for them and that would showing people what mood you are in. Here is my train of thought at the moment:
Red = mad, frustrated, annoyed
Green = lucky
Yellow = happy, excited, content, upbeat
Blue = sad, depressed, lonely
Brown = down in the dumps, feels like garbage, feeling sick,
