All You Need To Know About Cardio Workout

I have to say my cardio workout was a tough one yesterday. I didn't start my cardio workout until 4 pm yesterday. However, after my workout, I felt better in doing it. Yesterday - Cardio Core

Yesterday I had to finish up my school project, so I decided to do my workout at 4 pm. It was such a big mistake that I ever made because I was just tired after school. But I was glad that I finished it. During Cardio Core, I was giving it my all and pushing through the whole workout without giving up.

Today - Leg Day

Today was leg day and let me tell you I made a big mistake on one of the exercises. Of course not on purpose.  The mistake that I made was holding the wrong weight for one of the exercises.  The exercise that I held the wrong weight for was jump squats.  The heaviest weight Auttum recommends is 15-pound dumbbells, however, I was using a 25-pound dumbbell.  Yeah, not a very smart idea, right?  I was thinking to myself "what am I doing using a 25-pound weight for this particular exercise?"  I think I really have gone crazy.

Tomorrow - Golf

Another fun cardio workout to do is playing Golf.  Frustrating sport to play, but it burns a lot of calories.  My friend and I are going to be playing 18 holes of golf tomorrow, so I will take my day off tomorrow from my 80 Day Obsession workout and resume on Sunday.  Technically it's really not a day off tomorrow because of the 18 holes of golf, but oh well it should be fun.
