After leg day I was feeling very sore because of karate. So on Wednesday, I took an unexpected day off from my 80 Day Obsession journey. Today I will be updating you on 80 Day Obsession Cardio Core.
80 Day Obsession Cardio Core Adventures
Today I had to do Cardio Core and I have to tell you it was quite hard. However, even though it was hard it wasn't impossible. There was only one exercise that I had to skip today. I skipped it because it was another move that was involving holding my neck and twisting. For those of you who might be new, then you should check out this post about my neck issue. What Makes Me Different From All Of The Other Personal Trainers Around The World. I tend to stay away from exercises that have to do anything with my delicate neck.
Total Body Core
Total body core was yesterday and I had to skip two exercises because of my neck issue. However, I have seen some awesome progress with strength lately. Yesterday there is this one move that we had to do on the slider while we were on our forearms in a plank position. We had to only use our forearms to push us forward and back to work our back, core, and leg muscles.
Tomorrow - Booty
Tomorrow I got booty, which I am kind of scared to know whats next in this challenging journey that I am on. I will let you know how Booty goes on Monday. Oh and please come back on Monday because we have some a new bestseller list coming your way.
